The main characters in Chain Potoks The Chosen begin their family race by besides pictureing their differences. By the end of the sacred parole they find their common ground. It is not only Danny who thinks this wa y however the people around him as well, so Danny could be heavy influenced by his school and friends. In addition, his deprivation of knowledge of Hasidism contributed to the problem.         Danny starts to see that non-Hasidic Jews arent always bad. The first time Danny comes to image Reuven he says: I am sorry(62). He says something that a Hasid would normally never say to a non-Hasid showing that Danny starts to undertake and see to it Reuvens beliefs. The randomness time Danny visits Reuven in the hospital, he reflects substantiate on the baseball game and says: Do you know what I dont understand slightly that baseball game?
